I am a Classical Archaeologist with training in Greek and Roman art and archaeology. My specialty is Roman art and archaeology, and within that field my main research is focused on the forum at Pompeii where I direct a collaborative, interdisciplinary project called the Pompeii Forum Project. Our research since the mid 1990s has rewritten the history of the Pompeii forum. I was an IATH Fellow during the second year of its existence. That experience was instrumental in launching the PFP.
